Game Rules
Pick eleven different starters and four subs each game week.
If you don't pick a team, a random team will be selected for you.
Each player can only be used once across the whole tournament.
Even as a sub. Choose wisely.
This Elevens tournament will be played over 10 game weeks.
We will aim for four tournaments a season.
Players earn or lose points real time with their actions on the pitch during match days.
Stars are everything. Players earn you stars through their points, being the top players in the game week, and other bonuses.
The most stars at the end of the tournament wins.
The more points your players score, the more stars they earn.
If any of your players are the top scoring player in their position, or the overall star man, you earn bonus stars.
You earn bonus stars for the amount of 5 star players you have in your team.
Use the player and fixture tools on the team select page to help plan your campaign.
Check the player's recent form (where available) and 'Star' the teams you want to target to help you plan. If you target teams, the auto picker will select popular players from those teams if you forget to set a team.
How do the subs work?
Your subs are automatically switched into your scoring 11 whenever they outscore a player in their position. This means you will always end the round with your top scoring 11 of the 15.
How many minutes do players need to play to earn Clean Sheet and Win points?
As long as a player plays for 1 minute, they earn their Win and Clean Sheet points.
What happens when a player plays twice in a game week?
If a player plays twice in one game week, only their highest-scoring game counts - scores aren't added together.
What happens if I have the same number of stars as someone else?
The user with the most stars at the end of the tournament wins. In the event of a tie, the total number of player points earned by your teams will decide the winner.
Why are the stat numbers on Elevens different to my favourite footy app?
We use a different data provider to other fantasy apps, so player stats may differ from what you see elsewhere.
Why is the game free if there are cash prizes?
Elevens is a concept startup game and at the moment we are in BETA testing phase.
In order to fully test the game's feasibility as a real product we need your help play-testing the game and giving us feedback. To thank you for this, and to make the testing phase more fun, we have put up the cash prizes ourselves.
If the game rolls out officially in the future, we may have optional payments in the game for prize competition entries, private league prize pools or a stats subscription.
